Geographical introduction
Dighalia upazila is divided into two parts. The main part of the upazila is surrounded by rivers. Terkhada and Rupsha upazilas on the east, Khulna metropolitan area (Daulatpur) on the west, Kalia upazila of Narail district and Abhaynagar upazila of Jessore district on the north, Khulna metropolitan area (Khalishpur) on the south and Khulna metropolitan area (Daulatpur) on the east and Dighalia upazila on the east. Dumuria Upazila and Fultala Upazila of Khulna District to the north and Khulna Metropolitan Area (Sadar) to the south.
